Spray system Introduction
The spray system can effectively reduce the temperature of the cowshed, reduce the heat stress of dairy cows, and increase the milk production. Based on the principle of saving investment and giving priority to technology, the pipe diameter, pressure, number of nozzles, combined with the water pump flow and other parameters are calculated.
Take 2 cowshed of 85 m long for example:
The length of the cowshed is 85m, and one set spray system is installed. The spray pipeline is installed above the cow headlock, 2.1 meters above the feeding channel. The bottom of the spray pipeline should supported with 4# galvanized angle iron. The water inlet is in the middle of the cowshed, which divided into 2 independent control zone, and the two zone are circulated spray. The nozzle spacing is 1.5m, and 135-degree nozzles from USA.
