1. Product Features
- The cutting blade is more wear-resistant : Generally, the impeller is welded with low-manganese alloy, and the cutting blade will become blunt after a few months of normal use. Our company adopts the process of surfacing wear-resistant alloy on the cutting blade, combined with hardened cutting pair, so that the cutting function will not fail for a long time.
- Hardened cutting pair : works together with the cutting edge of the cladding wear-resistant alloy to ensure the durability of the cutting function.
- 3-Blade Fluid Mixing Blade : Helps to more efficiently mix the sediment in the manure tank.
- Single output shaft : one of the structural design features.
- Large starting torque and no stalling : It can start smoothly and run stably, avoiding stalling during the mixing process.
- High stirring efficiency : It can stir the sediment in the manure pool evenly and chop straw, nylon bags, long fibers, cow hair, etc., which is conducive to the delivery pump to completely empty the manure pool.
The agitator is usually started 15 minutes before the delivery pump is started. It is mainly responsible for stirring and cutting. Although the delivery pump has dual cutting and anti-blocking functions, the cutting function of the agitator is crucial. The cutting function is completed by the blade and cutting pair of the agitator impeller (see the figure below for details ).
2. Other characteristics of the mixer
Homogenizes waste and shreds long fibers : effectively handles all kinds of debris in the manure pit.
- Used in conjunction with a delivery pump, better mixing effects can be achieved : the two work together to improve overall processing efficiency.
- Agitators of different powers are suitable for manure tanks of different capacities to meet diverse usage requirements.
