The system consists of motor, drive unit, steering wheel, transmission chain, manure cleaning scraper,  control unit, etc. The working principle is that the drive unit drives the scraper through a chain to move backward and forward. When the scraper moves forward, it cleans the manure, when it moves backward, it does not. At the same time, frequency conversion technology and program writing are combined to achieve anti-collision and de icing functions while cleaning. It is suitable for cowshed with a one-way distance less than 120 meters manure passage.

Output shaft: 60mm, with a total of 6 steering wheels in a single system and maintenance free; Suitable for one-way manure cleaning passage less than 120 meters and dry environments.

steering wheels: each wheel is equipped with maintenance free bearings, which are anti twisted and self guided. The box of the corner wheel is made of steel plate with a thickness no less than 10mm and resistant to forklift rolling;
Chain: 14mm x 50mm, 25MnV high-strength, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant chain;
