Product Introduction

The bedding recovery system is an efficient system independently developed by our company to separate undigested fiber material from cow manure and use it as organic bedding material (Patent number: ZL2020 2 1129532.2).
The system consists of an ultra dry separator and a set of drums. The system can produce fresh organic bedding material in the farm every day, with a production capacity of 50 cubic meters/day/set. The production and development of this system integrates international automation technology. The aerobic fermentation process is carried out at 60-75ºC, with a fermentation storage time of 36 hours. No external heat source is required. The biological process is monitored through temperature sensors and the airflow is adjustable. The organic bedding material free of charge using our own resources is a guarantee for the health of cows and the improvement of milk production.

System components:
Submersible cutting pumps and mixers, specialized separators for cow manure, screw conveyors, drum , dehumidifying fans, conveyor belts, etc.
Working principle:
The manure are pumped from the collection tank into a spiral extrusion separator, and the separated solid parts are transferred to the insulation drum through the screw conveyor for aerobic fermentation inside the drum over 24 hours. This process is carried out at a temperature of 60-75ºC, without the need for an external heat source. The biological process is monitored through temperature sensors and the airflow is adjustable.
The production of bedding materials in this system is divided into two steps:
The first step: separate crude dry material from manure. Coarse dry material mainly refers to undigested crude fiber residues in the manure, such as fibers in silage feed or hay. The separator separates the solid matter, reduces the liquid volume to the minimum, and continuously delivers the solid material to the insulation drum by a screw conveyor.
The second step: reduce the number of micro-organisms through the fermentation process. The rotation process of the insulation drum provides sufficient oxygen for the material, and the solid material undergoes high-strength aerobic drying at a temperature of 60-75ºC to reduce the number of bacteria. The number of mastitis pathogens in the processed solid material is greatly reduced, and this pathogen is often present in fresh cow manure. Multiple independent foreign laboratory tests have shown that no detectable bacterial cells have been found in the bedding material.
